A separate dedicated LAP1 programme is available for public sector or government procurement practitioners during 2022 – LAP1 for GOVERNMENT.

October 10th & 11th, LIVE in Sydney 9.00am to 5.00pm AET

This covers the same material as the core LAP1 course, but is more keenly tuned to public sector needs, and uses the WTO public sector procurement guidelines as a basis for considering how LAP can be flexible enough to cater for specific government procurement needs.

After completing he LAP1 foundation programme, alumni are invited to join the free PASA AGILE alumni group which meets two-monthly online.

OUR WORKSHOP STYLE

We like to get you the maximum out of this programme and adapt the agenda directly towards your own current topics, challenges and questions.

We believe in an interactive workshop style with less slides, where we spend around one third of the time in theory and the rest in applicable exercises, stories, exchanging experiences, etc. Most importantly we always aim to make it fun!

The same principles apply for our online workshops. Instead of flip-charts we use all the features of MURAL – which is easy and fun to use and allows easy capture of the work we do to learn, share experiences and co-create content.

For a maximum engagement and peek collaborative learning we use breakout sessions of zoom.com, e-energizers and many more online learning techniques and agile approaches geared to team learning.
