A separate dedicated LAP1 programme is available for public sector or government procurement practitioners during 2022 – LAP1 for GOVERNMENT.

October 10th & 11th, LIVE in Sydney 9.00am to 5.00pm AET

This covers the same material as the core LAP1 course, but is more keenly tuned to public sector needs, and uses the WTO public sector procurement guidelines as a basis for considering how LAP can be flexible enough to cater for specific government procurement needs.

After completing he LAP1 foundation programme, alumni are invited to join the free PASA AGILE alumni group which meets two-monthly online.

• Understand the main steps and current challenges in public sourcing within the WTO Agreement on Government Procurement
• Know how to apply the Lean Procurement Canvas and run through the disruptive approach Lean-Agile Procurement for Government with one of YOUR own cases
• Utilise easily the hands-on agile techniques for pre-publication / procurement / post-procurement for more effective alignment around value, stakeholder management, sourcing, contracting & team set up in a public sector context
• Know how to work the LAP Heat Map and where to start to make your government agency more competitive through significantly improved time-to-market with similar or better quality procurement outcomes, much faster
• Become a Certified Lean-Agile Procurement Practitioner for Government (Credential 1, Switzerland), with a one-year membership in the LAP Alliance community

This workshop is designed for an interdisciplinary audience from every level of your organization no matter if you're on the buyer/supplier side, or in public/private industries, and primarily for those working in PUBLIC PROCURMENT at every level.

We like to get you the maximum out of this programme and adapt the agenda directly towards your own current topics, challenges and questions.

We believe in an interactive workshop style with less slides, where we spend around one third of the time in theory and the rest in applicable exercises, stories, exchanging experiences, etc. Most importantly we always aim to make it fun!

The same principles apply for our online workshops. Instead of flip-charts we use all the features of MURAL – which is easy and fun to use and allows easy capture of the work we do to learn, share experiences and co-create content.
