The LAP2 training course has completed its final stages of development and is now available following successful development and beta programmes in Europe as well as ANZ during 2022.

The Lean Agile Procurement 2 (LAP2) programme is more of a journey than a simple ONLINE workshop, once the LAP1 foundation programme has been completed. It elapses over a longer period and includes a range of interactions and learning tools – much like a blended learning programme rather than a simple training course. This encapsulates more formal learning structures like ONLINE classroom learning, but also self-study plus one-on-one coaching. Throughout, the participants are encouraged to align their LAP learning with actual projects and circumstances in their own organisations.

LAP2 moves on the agile procurement practitioner’s understanding of the approach from LAP1 to specifically include the agile procurement approach post-BIG ROOM through:

• Agile conversations & negotiations
• Agile agreements and contracting

The entire LAP2 syllabus is complemented by SCRUM for PROCUREMENT – a further stand-alone module available here

During 2022, the LAP2 programme is only offered as one cohesive programme starting in September 2022 – although participants are free to attend individual modules as stand-alone workshops by arrangement.
